Meet ME:
I’m Francie, a recovered burnt out independent woman who’s all about brain re-training, exploring the subconscious mind, and tools that actually make life awesome!
I know the juggle is real: the stress of running a household, keeping your kids happy, and trying to maintain a career you’re proud of.
After leaving the Rio Olympics as the coxswain for the New Zealand Women’s Rowing Eight, I struggled with anxiety and bullying. I discovered that true happiness comes from within. When I changed my mindset, my life changed. Fast forward a few years, and life taught me that merely ticking boxes like building a corporate career, finding a long-term relationship, achieving home ownership, and tying my self-worth to accomplishments led to chronic fatigue.
I crashed.
Now, as a mum, I see other mothers repeating this pattern. On the surface, they seem to have it all together, but inside, they’re grappling with guilt, exhaustion, and identity loss.
That’s when I realised that everything I’ve learned about mindset, relationships, and achievement is the blueprint mums need to thrive.
I’m on a mission to help 50,000 mums thrive by 2030.
